Highrise Ceiling
Sometimes I will go through older photographs and rework the image into one that clarifies the original intent of the image.
In this case I cropped out the sky, then I flipped the image 180 so that it looks to be a very large, long ceiling with a vanishing point out beyond the frame to give it the feel of having a vanishing point. Early Glasgow high rise flat on Clarendon Street. Built with reinforced concrete and sandstone with red brick cladding, it was designed by J.M. Biggar and was built in the 1920s. It was originally built for City Bakeries Limited.

The Pyramid
The Transamerica Pyramid has been an iconic building ever sine I was a young boy. I recall seeing it on television during a golf tournament sponsored by I believe the Trans America co.
At the time of completion this building was the fifth tallest in the world and the tallest west of the Mississippi River. I'm guessing the polychromatic buildings in the foreground were built pre-1900, and most probably around the 1870s, given their style and construction materials. In the background are the 1960s Wyndford high rises.
