i sent the photographer an extremely friendly polite email at the time to his contact email asking for his feelings about all the issues involved and he did not answer.

@bethsawin California is stepping up funding for the #HighRoad training partnerships model and some #unions (#SEIU, #Teamsters, #SMART, #IBEW) are deeply involved (I work in this field). But it's up to each partnership/community to ensure that the funding also goes toward building/strengthening community infrastructure so that "green" technology fosters redistributive local economies.

I'd be willing to take the high road more often if it weren't for the debilitating vertigo.
