🌊🚧 MENDOCINO COUNTY | HIGHWAY 175 CLOSURE
4:01 pm. 1/7/23 - Keeping with tradition, Highway 175 is now closed from Highway 101 to Hopland Railroad Crossing in Hopland due to flooding from the Russian River.
It is expected to reopen by 11:01 am 1/9/23. Track state road conditions here: https://quickmap.dot.ca.gov/

The Moss Cove Rest Area on Highway 101 south of Laytonville is closed due to flooding as of 5:18 p.m. 12/30/22.
There is no estimated time when the rest area will reopen per Caltrans District 1.
Turn around, don't drown!

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE - COVELO RD (HWY 162) AT HWY 101 IN MENDOCINO COUNTY
Caltrans has closed eastbound and westbound Hwy 162 (aka Covelo Rd) at Hwy 101 due to flooding.
They hope to reopen it at 7:01 a.m. 12/31/22. That could change, of course, if flooding does not recede.
A portion of Hwy 162 at milemaker 162 is closed, too.
