I'd be the first to admit that #HiglandPark 12 isn't the most exotic #SingleMalt around, but I'm glad I was able to pick up a decently priced bottle today.

This whisky has a certain nostalgic value for me as it was the first Single Malt I consciously bought, although I might have owned a bottle of Glenfiddich at some point in the Eighties (when we were all drinking Blends, and often not even straight).
