I wrote a small life synopsis and emailed it to my sister for unknown brain reasons. She cried and thought I committed unaliving. Upon reaching out to her, she told me I need to write a book about it. I told her that I honestly don't see anyone reading about the crap I've been through, mostly because other people have probably gone through similar situations.
