Another little pepper study with my #JellyGouache paints. Trying a thick-over-thin technique, a bit like you’d use with oils. You can’t go as thick and juicy with gouache, but it’s much cleaner to work with and these #HimiGouache stay nice and vibrant on the paper.

I had this random blue watercolor background in my diy watercolor sketchbook that I didn't know what to do with, but then I started my vacation with resurrecting my Switch and playing some Fall Guys on it... and accidently scored my first win ever (I think). And I like my current axolotl outfit so much, so... 😍
