It's hard to show how the let you see straight through them, but also act as a mirror. Not helped by the autofocus on the camera trying to pick a view! Nor the internal reflection of the forward facing portion.
I'm facing away from the brick wall that you can see there.

My sunglasses arrived today. If you look at the reflections you can see that the outside edge has a slight angle (you can see the line where the reflection changes).
The same angle from the inside, with a bit of help from a coating, let's you see behind you when you turn your head a bit.

Recognizing that and had become a jail cell for my mind (a total obsession), I have decided to move on and make some sensible habit changes, but enjoy on weekends as well.

Enough self-imprisonment with obsessive, compulsive dieting. That bullshit cycle had to end. I slept better than I have in weeks and am more at peace suddenly.
