I think I mentioned this on here but I started using #HingeHealth for virtual physical therapy for my fibro. It was offered free through my company as part of the wellness benefits. I got an email saying Hinge wanted to pull all my electronic health records to “better plan my care.” 1. How do you know who my Drs are? 2. Why do you need to know I had an MRI of my stomach in order to give me hip flexor exercises? 🧐
