Anyone can track down and buy the original #vinyl. It is really only impressive if you bought it when it first came out.

Besides, remastered albums are not such a bad thing. At least with #ClassicalMusic and #Jazz. Remasters in those genres are most often improvements that are necessary. While not always true, #HiRes is often better.

Yes, that is not true 100% of the time. #TheBeatles should have never been remastered. Those are a nightmare.

It is not new, but is it grand. I know it is meant to be listened to at the ending of daylight, but it is quite pleasant before the beginning of daylight as well.

The album sounds very different on my #FiiO #HiRes audio player with my #Focal Clear MG #Headphones. I am thinking this album requires #Sennheiser HD 800 S. Actually, yes, I am about to change headphones.

I've spent a few spent a few hours organizing my #jazz files by creating individual musicians's "collections" to include albums under their names & also* other albums they were part of or played on. It is creating a lot of duplicates on my #HiRes audio player, but really, I needed to organize these musicians anyways this way. Talking about 1950s, 1960s recordings, so as anyone following the @jazz hashtag will know, everyone played with everyone. Still got a ways to go until I'm done. #JazzMusic

The #HiRes album did not come with a PDF booklet, which really would have been the obvious thing to do. Such a missed opportunity by BMG, but not surprising. #jazz
