After another night of excruciating heartburn, I have concluded that my #LongCovid carcass is riddled with #histamine. #MCAS seems to be common in Long Covid. Everything I eat, with the exception of porridge, leaves me in agony.

I saw a TedX back some years ago. To broadly, badly paraphrase one helpful point: When you feel trapped, if a window opens even a *tiny* crack, stuff yourself out that crack and do what you can while you can.
IDK if #depression #anxiety #psoriasis &lack of #persistence can be lumped together under a name, but it has something to do w/ #histamine & #ptsd.
When I feel well enough, I act accordingly.

Query: is it common with #MEcfs to have more troublesome symptoms in the evening?
This has always been a feature for me. More pain, more neurological symptoms, more tinnitus, more balance problems, swollen glands etc. All worse in the evenings.
If it is common to all or many #pwME, does anybody know why?
I wondered if it is the #histamine connection - the more I eat through the day, even if I'm really careful, the more symptoms are triggered.
