Converting academic pdfs to text for use with QDA software is generally okay, but sometimes is has some funny results, like really bad accidental ASCII art.

Very much enjoying Krista Cowan's chapter on collective biography in Gunn and Faire's "Research Methods for History" (2016). This quote (at p.91) from Virgina Woolf resonated:
