Had my session testing out 7 Wonders Architects with my 9th grade Ancient World History Students: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/346703/7-wonders-architects
They were able to have a learning round and a second round in 70 minutes (I think they could learn in 30 and play another day in 30).
I'm going to have them do a reflection on whether and why the game is an example of Great Person history.

It is time for the annual semester-long Interactive History project for my #AncientWorldHistory ninth-graders
The research paper and Twine interactive history of the past 5 or 6 years now has a #HistoricalBoardGame design option.
This week I announce the project and get them thinking about identifying a historically specific agent or archetypal agent from world history pre 700 CE. Next week, the special research paper begins.
