Alina’s win is quite possibly the first for a “foreign domestic helper” in any 100km trail ultra race in HK. A more thorough search is required to see if this is the first such occasion at *any* trail race distance in HK.

Eighteen pre-registrants in all from HK were successful in the 2023 #TOR330 draw. Apart from Chung, five other #HK4TUC alumni (Elvis Fu, Angie Cheng, Wong Ka Kit, Fanny Wu and Pang Kin Sun), plus SK Tang, are also in this group.

Out #running sprints, per Garmin suggestion. Seems nowhere near as good as Koop #HIIT, but I'm *trying* to give 'em a chance
