So - does this mean a fixed, contained spot surrounded by grandstands? Does it mean public streets? A mix of both?

The question arises because - as Running Biji (now Sportsnote) notes this morning, the next #HKMarathon's initially-assumed 19-Nov date is not yet confirmed.
