Update: a 31-year-old driver has been arrested for failing to stop the scene of an accident, and failing to report an accident to police.

The 29-year-old motorcyclist only held a Learner's Permit. The motorbike in question appears to be a 155cc Suzuki Cruiser.

#HKTRAFFIC A shocking accident tonight in Tsuen Wan has left a woman, 23, with multiple fractures. A female driver, 38, entered the Wing Shun & Yi Hong St junction on the incorrect arrow, slammed into an oncoming car which then lost control & pinned the woman against a wall.
