Das interessante ist, das mit HL7 CDA und HL7 FHIR sogar Standards existieren, die aber noch an die deutschen Verhältnisse (u.a. wie wird bei einem Labortest der spezifische Test kodiert (mittels LOINC oder SNOMED oder gar C-NPU?), welche Unit of Measurement gehört zu diesem Test, ...) angepasst werden müssten.

Currently looking to return to the stability of full time work. Looking for mostly 100% remote work in an #inclusive environment.

I've done a bit of everything in tech; I’m a generalist. That means I'm happiest when I work across departments to find complete solutions to technical problems. This has enabled me to do things like reduce days-long data processes into under an hour, work around software performance issues to double processing throughput for inter-hospital communications, and remove laborious procedures to replace them with better automated scripts.

I’m an #IT admin that’s worked across #Windows Server, #Linux, and #macOS. This includes a significant amount of time working with #integration in hospitals with web services for #hl7, patient data, automating PDF splitting tasks, etc. I've performed hardware repairs, and even made the parts when the parts are unavailable.

I'm also a software developer in C#, #JavaScript, #SQL / #mySQL, #Php and full stack web development. It allows me to combine skills and experience across fields to provide a complete product, from large customer service portals in #Drupal, small news sites with #WordPress, and even custom #CMS 's.

After one year, I finally have an (almost) correct answer from a webapp after sending it a #FHIR DocumentReference resource.
1 year to have a 201 Created HTTP return code.

But the response body is still not compliant with the FHIR specification...

I don't underdstand where the difficulty is, as the specification are clear...

Premier TP sur l'interopérabilité sur #HL7 fait, aux étudiants de 2ème et 3ème année d'une école d'ingénieurs.

L'idée était de réaliser un mini-parcours patient en message HL7 ADT (admission, transfert, sortie).
