I wonder if the endless parade of storms equates to fewer public interactions on a scale significant enough to influence viral transmissions.

It's easy to hate noro because it can make you violently ill, and it's so contagious. But I also hate noro season because I become even more vigilant about hand hygiene than usual (already pretty high) and this wrecks my skin; I can't keep up with moisturizer. But there's no substitute for soap and water! 🧼🚿​👋​​

#Covid continues to decline nicely in #LosAngeles wastewater. But #HMPV is really shooting up. As is #Norovirus.

Masking helpful against HMPV, but hand hygiene is more important for both of these viruses - especially after touching any surface at any public restroom. Norovirus really sucks.
