Against this backdrop, the Neurotech Justice Summit will examine the meaning of “neurotech justice”, its interplay with , and how a focus on justice can positively shape the trajectory of development and application. Addressing the ethical, legal, social, and existential implications of emerging neurotechnologies is a complex task requiring input from a variety of disciplines and stakeholders. This Summit will bring to bear a range of such perspectives, including those of traditionally marginalized groups. The Summit will feature presentations, conversation, and audience participation to explore how neurotech justice can be achieved in the medical clinic, in the legal courtroom, and other key social contexts.
