Had what Chief Petty Officer Pertwee would describe as "an attack of the twinging screws" over weekend. Felt much better today... Until I tried to sort a low bookshelf out. Cue lower back reminding me that no, it is not happy.

Bums. Have spent remainder of day trying to avoid anything invoving bending or stretching.

Watching a short video on a YouTube history channel I like, the presenter just (mis)prounounced "admiralty" as "add-marr-ah-le-eh-tee", just as the great Jon Pertwee's CPO Pertwee used to in the long-running Navy Lark show, and this makes me smile.
