US FCC/Hobby radio experts,
I'm having a hard time getting a straight answer on the legality of running an independent analog TV broadcast station now that analog TV is no longer a thing.
Would I need a license? Is it even legal at all by any avenue? I'd love to run a quirky little "pirate" tv station but i don't think its feasible. The hardware side of it is easy. I just dont wanna get arrested.
