Hey everyone, this is the start of my personal blog about my progress in game development. I'm a hobby game dev trying to get through a first complete production cycle.
Here is some gameplay of a very rudimentary demo. It will hopefully tranform into a simple but fun pixelart snowboard game.

I miss doing my coding streams. A couple of years ago, I regularly did twitch streams where I was working in various #IndieDev projects, or probably more accurately called #HobbyDev, learning and works towards various goals. I was a postdoc and it was the p*ndemic so I had a lot of time.
When I got my grown up job at the beginning of last year I scaled back on streaming projects so I could focus on my music. But I really do miss coding on stream. It was extremely rewarding.

Setting this in php on connection call seems to do the trick, but finding out at 2AM while in full swing is a bugger. It did however, prove to be a good lesson in playing with db settings and what not.

Managed to get everything working now properly with Cascadeur + Root Constraints for Root Motion.
You have to set the player movement to flying for the col capsule to follow the anim though, just a tip.
