This is the Hogback.
It's part of All America Road UT12, that runs between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks.

An all American road is a classification like a scenic byway - but better. An All American Road is a destination itself.

This road was built by the CCC in the 40s. it's 7500ft ASL and about 1k foot drop on both sides.

It's interesting that you can find fossilized seashells all over.
