For , here's a hogback stone I came across at the Parish Churchyard in . The hogback stone is typical of an Anglo-Scandinavian grave marker from the 11th century with a curved ridge decorated with shingles reminiscent of a Viking longhouse. It dates back to the time when raided the area (around 1260). These types of stones are only found in the British Isles and Ireland.
