just putting out a plea that everyone make some things for the holidays that could be #vegetarian or #vegan, vegetarian or vegan.

I remember one Christmas at my aunt's where even the salad had bacon on it. I had rolls for Christmas dinner.

so have a heart. things like bacon can be put on the side. latkes don't need chicken schmaltz. make a main dish that anyone can have.
