Today is #HolocaustMemorialDay. In July 2019, when I visited the #HolocaustMuseum in #WashingtonDC, I also witnessed the sight of piles of shoes. We need to know that each pair of shoes here represents a #Jew who was slaughtered by the #Nazis. This is the most painful lesson that history has taught mankind. We must remember this painful history - the lives and blood of the persecuted so that the next generation can learn to face each life with humility and respect. We must remember all this!

Might be due to a coordinated campaign that got them deleted then reinstated or something. #HolocaustMuseum
