I like Mastodon so much, I got a second account.

But after I started my main account (@garciabuxton@home.social) only a few days ago, I found I had a hard time finding other Roman Catholics -- at least an active Catholic presence that was as large as #CatholicTwitter. Honestly, Catholic Twitter had its toxic spaces, but there were plenty of folks who made it bearable. Those are the people I miss.

So, when I found the Catholic instance RCSocial.net, I opted to set up a second Mastodon presence there to find my tribe. An #introduction is in order.

As I note in my main account, I'm a #GenX wife, mom of a teenager, and a befuddled first-time CCD teacher. Among my interests relative to faith:

I attend a rather traditional parish, where I'm very happy but probably a political and cultural outlier in some ways. That said, I'm not interested in indulging in politics and culture/liturgy wars.
