Got my #ImperialStout into the keg today. I've been #hombrewing this #beer each year in time for the holidays and it's always a treat, despite being so much work!

This is the first time I've gotten my act in gear so that it has a month to condition, so I'm looking forward to the result. Lots of dark chocolate 🍫, coffee ☕, and treacle flavours so far. Not as much barrel flavour from the bourbon barrel chunks yet, so I'm hoping that will come later!
