It’s #Brewday! It’s a big brewday Pseudo Czech Pils using Kveik yeast. 1.5 hour mash. 1.5 hour boil. 7 days ferment. Live Fast Die Young. #HomeBrewing #Beer
This morning I filled my press to the brim and got ~12 pints of juice. Which is awkwardly split between two part filled demijohns. Getting a better "splodging" technique now. The key is to do small batches.

The hops are bagged. So today is that one day of the year where things get really awkward if the police pulls me over on the way home...
(Shoutout to my mother and in-laws who harvested this giant crop of hops while I explored ancient ruins and Turkish wine...)
Warm weather's good for #fermenting 🙂 #cider #homebrewing

I tried something new this weekend. I've brewed an American Wheat Ale with Chamomile and Honey. First time using adjuncts in a beer. Curious how it will turn out. #homebrewing #hobbybrauen
Another pressing this morning yielded just under a gallon of juice. And last week's two are fermenting well.

Pooling and drinking. Long weekends were made for this. Having At the Märzen of Madness and listening to SiriusXM lithium while floating. #beer #CraftBeer #homebrewingexperience #homebrewing #craftbrewing

. @SteampunkMuppet got me flowers for my bday. Her suggestion was to put them in my erlenmeyer flask, lol. #homebrewing

Cider making has started two weeks early this year. I've just pressed 10% short of two gallons of juice at 1.044 o.g. Might crack open a bottle of the 2015 vintage later on to reward my hard work.

Designed my own label holder with slide in labels. Cardboard boxes hold bottles well, but they're not see thru so I forget what's in them. Now I know! #3Dprinting #homebrewing
Check list ready so I can show ase my #homebrewing efforts at a party.
Time and budget prevented me from creating a proper jockey box, so I have transport my whole keezer after a dew tweaks.
I think I figured a quick a dirty hack to hold the CO2 tank in place
Manifold installed in my keezer; 5lbs CO2 tank swapped with a full one; forced carbed both but setting and forgetting until event at 15 psi🤞
I’m by luck attending an education tomorrow evening, “ Off Flavour Class” organized by https://gtabrews.ca
Should help determine if my hazy is off or just flat. Still too rookie… but may have over killed on the campden :/

Update on the cream ale. 53 bottles! Tasting in 3 to 5 weeks after August 6, so next week. #homebrewing
Any people around who grow their own hops?
My hops will probably become ready to harvest when I am in Turkey. Can I leave them hanging for a week or something or do they grow bad quickly?
Last evening I transferred my hazy IPA and hard seltzer to the kegs for further cold crashing and force carbonation.
Took about 2.5 hours with all the cleaning, prepping, and testing.
Might be need a top up on the CO2 before the intended event next Friday.
I am listening to Shostakovich's 7th symphony while cleaning the apartment and I get the strong urge to brew an anti-imperialist Russian Imperial Stout...
My brain works in mysterious ways... 😂
