Alright - so most of you got it right looks like.
The cost for the #HomeCheckUp visit (2 technicians) for Xrays in #Kolkata was I am told a total of 3,000 #Rupees (INR). That works out at the exchange rate that day (and same as today) to a grand total of US $36.63

Now I hope you understand why it seems like a good idea for me to get a full checkup when I am there for a visit.

Last week my mom in Kolkata had some heart issues, mild blockage. Given that my mom is 89+ with mobility issues, hospitalization other more invasive interventions are out. Thankful my sister is there (and moved in with her) and could arrange for #HomeCheckUp. I am quite amazed by not just blood tests but also how #xray was just done at home.
Doubt this would be something easily done in the #US where #Healthcare is 😬
