Well, I just did my #homefitness routine in my garage. I did 32 minutes on my stair machine, then fifteen sets working out, every set to failure. I'll do more tonight once I eat. #homegym #weightlifting

Well, I did some weightlifting and stair machines in my garage. I'm disabled, so I use stair machine for aerobics. I'm also type one diabetic, so I HAVE to work out. Weirdly, I miss going to the gym. I have to use an all machine workout (no free weights), the gym had a lot more exercise variants. I miss my leg presses, leg curls, etc. #weightlifting #homefitness #disabled #homeworkout

So I have broken the 6 minute mile for 20 consecutive years. The streak is in real jeopardy this year. I have been injured so I have been jogging 5-7 miles a week. So, I am out of shape and on a little bit of pain. However, I am also a dope so with a month left in the year I plan to go for the mile run at the end of December. The run will be on my treadmill and I will postball my workouts here.

Editing tomorrow's post Thanksgiving workout. Yes, it is only 20 minutes long. As with all training you should use it to get fit not lose weight.
My YouTube channel is in my profile. Take a peak. I post home based workouts aimed at the 50+ crowd. What that means is basically our squats may not be as low and out jumps might not be as high but damn it we have fun. All workout filmed in one take and 99% miles in my basement.

@galand2dogs sweet. Making these videos is a fun hobby. I was a triathlon coach and athlete for a long time. 3 years ago when I was 48 I stopped when I realized that after years of racing I could not walk down the stairs without knee pain. Needed to fix that by starting strength. This led me to my YT channel and creating simple and challenging workout for people my age. Workouts that can be done at home with very basic equipment.
