If you have a single story house, it shouldn't be a problem but, if it's a 2 story house, hire someone to handle the ladder work.

It's not worth risking life/limb to paint your house.

We bought our house from our landlord less than two months ago when rising interest rates forced him to sell.

It was, at the time, a terrific opportunity to enter the housing market at a discount since he needed to offload it quickly.

I've spent over $2k CAD on Electricians, $15k on installing a Heat Pump (but the Canadian Government will give us a chunk in rebates), and now my roof is leaking.

Just great. It seems we have a wasp problem in the basement pantry. A few buzzing about and swept up about 100 dead ones. Found a crack where they seem to be coming in, guess I'll give a spray overnight when they're not active. Will not caulk the crack as I made that mistake about 20 years ago.
