First one wanted to be apillow. The rest wanted to fulfill their destinies to become little mats. It was a great chance to practice actual quilting. I experimented with stitch length and speed. I found the rhythm that others seem to naturally have of ‘needle down, presser up, turn, presser down, and resume’. So while still leagues away from perfect or quality, this was an immensely satisfying little project with a humble little charm pack. #quilting #sewing #homespun #quiltstodon
