through and that the liquid in the pot is cooked down some before I make the dumplings. I might need to cook them in a separate pot and add them later also, but we'll see. Hopefully the vegetables shrink some once they're cooked so there's enough space in the pot for the dumplings. 😛

Salad with turkey bacon, sliced deli turkey meat, salad greens from the Farmer's Market, carrots from the Market, leftover cheese from my daughter's pizza kit fundraiser, various herbs from the garden, tje last if our olives from the fridge, and ranch dressing.

I maybe should have waited until last week to start my Fourth-of-July tomatoes, rather than doing it 3 weeks ago, because I don't have any bigger pots than these and my Fourth-of-Julys are twice the size of the other tomato plants. I just hope that when I can finally get these in the ground, they won't immediately be demolished by groundhogs. -_-

Finally finished sorting through that dining room corner. I got rid of most of the stuff in it, but I still have 4 boxes and some oversized art supplies that I don't want to get rid of, but I need to find a different space for. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I need to start downsizing. My house is so cluttered because we don't have any storage and it's starting to get stressful. Plus, I can't keep the majority of this stuff once I get my RV and start moving my homestead to an RVStead.

Started a pot of viking stew yesterday and it essentially turned into pumpkin and turkey curry sauce. It took hubby and I awhile to figure out what it needed so I ended up adding a bunch of spices that included curry spices, and then I let it thicken on the stovetop. Needs some spice though. 😊
