I decided to make monkey butter. Fe'i bananas, juice of one pink eureka lemon, pulp of one large lilikoi (passion fruit), shredded coconut, a dollop of coconut oil, sugar and enough maple syrup to leave a hint. Cooked until desired consistency. Jar it up, keep in fridge or freezer. 🤤 It tastes like a roll of tropical fruit lifesavers. 😆

I'm excited for my kid, who has had a wholly unconventional life for an "American" kid, but not that different from the other local kids. Our lifestyle is fairly common here.
But to finally have their own "room" at 15.5 yrs old, and that we've been here over half their life.

The concoction that I've been taking 2x day since Wednesday am: uhaloa and mamaki leaf tea, mixed with 2 droppers each of, turkey tail mushroom, usnea and turmeric tinctures, all grown here, made here. Also some commercial product: lions mane and cordyseps mushroom tinctures.
Desired effect: general immune support and anti-inflammatory properties. Gentle healing support for undiagnosed rat lungworm, or whatever made me sick for 2+ weeks.
Doing better daily since the "relapse" on Tuesday.
