I'd wanted to visit the Tulip Festival at Pashley Manor Gardens for a whole year since I learned about it last year. It was so lovely - beautiful sculpted gardens, an impressive collection of sculptures, and thousands of tulips planted for the festival

Was run director for the 275th Dartford Junior Parkrun today. We had a great turnout and the park was looking especially lovely

The Gravesham Light Festival is on this weekend! We went to the inaugral festival last year and it was fabulous. Read my post - full of gorgeous photos - about what to expect, what to see and where to eat in Gravesend. Featuring surprise appearances from The Owl and the Pussycat, plus the true story of Pocahontas

There's been much discussion this week about it being okay to share personal projects here.
I began Emm in London in 2008 but took a 5 year hiatus from 2016 as I finished my studies.
I revived the blog back in April, following my Bird Site boycott at the time.
I blog about my adventures in London, Kent and beyond and published my year end post today. Would love some love!
