Prepped a batch of green soy beans in dashi-soy sauce, the Yamagata style ‘Hitashimame’.

Thanks to the 2 minute pressure cook + natural pressure release, the beans came out with that edamame-like crunchy mouthfeel. A great start to a Sunday morning.👍 #ビバ丼@#Japanese #HoneCooking
