Absolutely ridiculous! I'd the opportunity to work with great women tech leaders who are so inspiring, technically sound and capable than a few male counterparts.
At workplaces, employees should be paid based on their skills, responsibilities, experience, and capability; not based on gender. Women at workplaces shouldn't be judged based on their family and kid raising responsibilities but based on the quality of work they do. Period.
