I'm getting #tired of #people responding to my "here's the #situation here today, and how the #engineering works out for this #problem" with #hopes and #dreams about how they wish the world was, or #anecdotes about how that problem doesn't exist where they are (which is utterly unlike here) so it doesn't matter.

It's a "strong #misanthropic #principle kind of day, I guess.

Hint: if my #question includes #math, and your #answer doesn't, it's not an answer. 😂

@heidihelfand Not really. As you said, constant fluctuation makes me wonder whether "the same" #team does even exist, 2 months from now.

I find it more useful to work with an overall direction (best #hopes; images of a preferred #future) when #coaching - rather than to speculate about "inner states" of teams or individuals. So far, I found #SolutionFocus (SF; origins in brief therapy) the most helpful approach here. It supports working in complex domains well (in the #Cynefin sense).
