At the moment, it feels like the #Mastodon equivalent of #doomscrolling is #hopescrolling.

I’ve seen many posts recently about how Things Are Bad. Mostly about how billionaires and republican leaders are oppressing people.

And I want to keep seeing these things! But I also want to see Good Things in the world. Not just kitties and doggos, but good people doing good things. Hope. Inspiration.

What are some good accounts to follow to make my timeline more hopeful?

Insomnia boredom moved me to open Twitter and click on the trending “capitalism.” Lots of excellent points being made and — not as a Marxist per se, but as an invisible, much abused prole ☹️— I’ve got to say it’s lifting the spirit a bit.
