In *every single category*, a majority was in favour of membership , cooperation, sharing cost & expertise.

But it's nonsense - the bespoke bit is in case UK scientists are less successful than expected, they will pay less in. Reason it's nonsense is that historically the exact opposite was true - UK scientists were disproportionately successful & therefore UK a net beneficiary.
