Moss has become a regular friend
When Mastodon boosts you need to mend
The Mosstodon rises every day
It’s the foremost way we have to play.
Fine monstrous beast, a sporophyte
Photosynthesises, to absorb light
Proud to be moss, not lichen or wort,
Not reindeer moss, for that’s just the wrong word

生えている場所を、イベントでお会いした専門家の方から教えていただいた。胞子は黄色だった。

ツノゴケモドキ。
これも稲刈り後の水田の畦に生えていた。胞子体が直立しない。
昨年の10月12日撮影。11月末に見にいったら、もう見当たらなくなっていた。

昨年11月28日、水田の畦に生えていたツノゴケ（ナガサキツノゴケ？）。胞子体がよく伸びている。
土が露わになっている所を好むようで、他のコケや草が茂ってしまうと負けてしまうようだ。
ツノゴケ類、近所を探すと、けっこう見つかる。畦と水田の間の東側を向いた斜面で、水気の多い粘土質のところ。時期は、秋から春（単に水田が使われていないためかも）。
