I’d like to open this up to any 10 year period (1995-2004, 2012-2021, etc). The only catch, your team can’t have any of the current champion’s films on it.

@ElizabethLeeCo @Burzz I think if ItMoM is on the table then it wins the world. It’s my favorite Carpenter film and in my top 5 horror movies of all time. So, as much as it pains me, I have to admit that @ElizabethLeeCo is just plain right. 😹

As an aside: Do you think there’s any matchup that wouldn’t result in a win by the 70’s #HorrorAllStars? I’d like to keep an ongoing contest for the title going as just a match between two teams every week, but I’m hard pressed to find one to beat it.

The results of the #HorrorAllStars finals are in. The winners are the 1970s #horrormovies: Halloween, The Exorcist,and Alien.

The finals were against the 1960s team: Psycho, Rosemary’s Baby, and Night of the Living Dead in the finals. In the semifinals, they faced stiff competition against the 1980s team: The Thing, The Shining, and A Nightmare on Elm Stree..

The win is well deserved. Thanks to everyone who’s participated.

The #HorrorAllStars finals start today as the top 3 #horrormovies from each decade, as voted by the #HorrorFam, have been whittled down.

The finals are set as both the 80s and 90s were narrowly defeated in the semifinals.

Both races in the #HorrorAllStars semifinals are really close. The 60s have now pulled ahead of the 90s and the 70s have a lead over the 80s.

TBC, the races are between the movies and not the decades they represent.

1990s won a narrow victory in the quarterfinals of the 3v3 #HorrorAllStars #horrormovies tournaments at 51-49.

The advancing are 60s, 70s, and 80s won in blowouts.

The question I have is, should a substitution to the 1990s be given or do we play through? This will be a 1 hour poll.

Ringu will be the sub if the decision is to allow it. It’s the best known #JHorror #movies.
