Horsham Parkrun is back to our winter course at Southwater Park today. It’s a lot less muddy, but a lot less flat than Horsham Park. I really like it apart from the second circuit of the Downs Link which is loooooong. Did 26:04 today - not too shabby, especially as my lungs still seem a little buggered by the COVID I had in October 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃🏼
