I used to take Dihydrocodeine and Paracetamol for my Osteoarthritis but I’ve found that the more I’ve been coming to the allotments the less reliant I am on pain meds, to the point where I don’t take any medication when I come and join the group. I really enjoy coming down too, it lifts my mood.” #HorticultureTherapy
