Something trad in our fam for #chinesenewyear #reunion dinner...#hotandsoursoup

I am not a professional chef, or perhaps even a good cook, but I do like to show off on social media.

This is #GeneralTso's "chicken", which is actually fried blocks of firm #tofu, coated with a flavorful sauce, and served on carrot ginger rice.

Normally I garnish with chopped green onion, but I'm temporary out.

The black sesame seeds are just because I think they look cool.

This is #AccidentlyVegan. I bought the tofu for #HotAndSourSoup, which usually has fried pork in it.

I've enjoyed the fantastic turkey and stuffing the last two days that my husband made.
But this is my comfort food (made by our local Chinese restaurant).
