I made this #Szechuan chili oil last week. I don't usually get a high from hot sauce heat but Im buzzing with this. The flavor is good, and the heat is just right for me. I love the numbing of the Szechuan peppers. Next time I'll let the aromatics cook longer for a deeper flavor but so far this is the best I've made. I've tried several recipes but this is my fave so far.
