- I started #volunteering with a ministry that serves people experiencing #houselessness & I really enjoy the people I serve and w/ whom I serve.

Looking forward to seeing how these help me continue to develop as a kind & loving human.

It's pretty cold outside today, and I know it's even colder in other places. If you have the ability to do so, you should really support your local #shelters that help #unhoused people. It can be deadly out there if you don't have a warm place to go.

I saw this message on my morning ride. #biketoot

Being up and about before dawn means I see a lot of folks without homes.

I have been rotating my emergency stores when I realized I had more peanut butter than we would eat in 2 months. I bought the peanut butter, a drink and some snacks to take it to the houseless folks I regularly see under the bridge.

I saw one person using a needle to inject something from a distance.

Not wanting to disturb them, I left my food.

Before that, I voted.

I feel pain for the way this person's life has gone, and I must be both privileged and naïve.
