I was told that our internet would be switched off anytime up to midnight tonight!

It went in the night!

Had to get up at 5:30 and go downstairs to turn the hot water and heating on manually!!

A filing cabinet (one of those grey three drawer metal units) also dismantled and wrangled downstairs.
Will get the car loaded soon. Just need a break now!

Apart from having to going without internet access for 3 days! (Been there before) everything sounds very well organised.

The lounge of new house now got all storage units built. Hurrah! Coffee table and occasional chairs done. Modular seating arrives early December. Got new curtains to put up. Wood burner being sorted tomorrow (fingers crossed). Once seating in will choose a rug for the wood flooring.

My solicitor in #Edinburgh is wonderful 😍 the one based in London is fucking useless and was supplied by the Estate Agent who is also useless compared to the Estate Agent in Lanarkshire. Get yer arse into gear #house #housemove

Another load ready to go down the recycling. Mostly the remains of the bed. Was quite fun trying to squash the mattress into the back of the Mini, more because it was a right springy thingy than a space problem. Another small step nearer to Ayrshire 🙏 😀 Then a ☕ when back and then some more work.

Hope you all are ok and thank you for the new follows this week. Been busy with work all week, but another day off today to take stuff down the recycling thingy, just some things in the shed and an old bed to dismantle, few odds and sods, then it will all be complete ready for moving. 😀 Then I am going to have a nice relaxing cuppa and listen to some music #housemove #recycling.
