Here’s a #HousingAffordability question I’ve been thinking about: as we build more housing, will it become cheaper to build through economies of scale? Per square foot costs are more than twice what they were at the start of the crash in 2008. It seems like growing demand for building material and labor is just going to drive those prices even higher.
