Went to #CrotonaPark this morning for the #iNaturalist #CityNatureChallenge and took some photos of out of town or expired temporary plates on cars to submit to #HowsMyDrivingNYC. All cars owed something. One owed over $5,000. All this moaning about budget is a load of crap.
